How do I know what size to order?

We have a full size guide available on every product page and also at the bottom of our website. This shows a full size guide for all our products and brands ensuring that you can find the perfect fit.

 

 

What are the payment options available?

We have many payment options which are all encrypted connections using secure payment processors, we cannot access any of your data.

How to track my order?

Shortly after the order is placed you will receive a tracking number in your email. From here, head to the courier's website and track your order.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Contact us on Instagram @kintaroclo__ or email us at info@kintaroclo.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will then send a prepaid returns label for you to return, once we receive the item we will then issue a full refund.
